Global Ethics & Integrity Benchmarks (GEIB) by Dubinsky and Richter, is a tool for helping organizations assess and measure their progress in making a formal and tangible commitment to ethics and integrity in the workplace. The new third 2020 edition can be downloaded for free. Permission for use is required.
The original idea behind this tool was to piggy-back on the structure of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Benchmarks (O'Mara and Richter, 2006-2017) and shape it for Global Ethics and Integrity.
This latest edition has 15 categories, in three groups: Foundation, Culture and Risk. Besides significant text edits and updates, the new edition has one new category: Interpersonal Misconduct, reflecting one of the most significant emerging ethical risks facing us today, as respect and inclusion have become critical to all successful workplaces, together with the impact of #metoo and the growing global movement against sexual harassment and assault. The authors have relied on the combined insights and wisdom of 35 expert panelists worldwide.
