Global Ethics and Integrity Benchmarks
Global Ethics and Integrity Benchmarks (by Dubinsky and Richter) is a new tool for helping organizations assess and measure their progress in making a formal and transparent commitment to ethics and integrity in the workplace.
The idea behind this tool was to use the structure of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks (O'Mara and Richter, 2007) and rework it for Global Ethics and Integrity.
That original benchmarking tool was an updated, reconfigured and global version of Bench Marks for Diversity which was first published by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in the early 1990s. |
