Global Ethics and Integrity Benchmarks (by Dubinsky and Richter) is a tool for helping organizations assess and measure their progress in making a formal and transparent commitment to ethics and integrity in the workplace. The new 2015 edition has just been published and can be downloaded for free. Permission for use is required.
The original idea behind this tool was to use the structure of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks (O'Mara and Richter, 2007-2014) and rework it for Global Ethics and Integrity.
Fourteen categories, in three groups, make up the revised Global Ethics and Integrity Benchmarks, using expert input worldwide. The three groups are Foundation, Ethical Culture and Ethical Risk Management.
